Treetops Bed & Breakfast is an easy ten-minute walk to the three local shopping areas with trains & buses at Blackburn Station, banks, post office, news agencies, bakeries, pharmacies, cafes & restaurants.

Blackburn Lake is nearby and the many walking tracks throughout the natural bushland setting provide our guests with the perfect opportunity to enjoy a stroll or jog in “the country”— to the sounds of bellbirds and far from the rush of the everyday.

For those guests who choose to use public transport, it’s a 30-minute train trip to Central Melbourne’s theatres, galleries, shopping, restaurants, and well-known sporting precincts, such as the MCG, the Melbourne Tennis Centre, & other sporting stadiums.

Treetops is also well located to visit the Puffing Billy steam train in the Dandenong Ranges, Yarra Valley wineries, Mornington Peninsula beaches, and Phillip Island beaches & penguins.

When we book a room always check Room quality. Because we didn't prefer to stay in that room those unhygienic & dusty. So room priority is our first priority.

Tree Tops have 3 types of Rooms & Exterior.

1. Queen Rose Room: Designed well so you can get the most out of your stay, our one-bedroom appointments provide superior 4-star amenities. Step into your own personal retreat, featuring a fully equipped laundry and kitchenette, lounge room, and separate queen-sized bedroom
2. Queen Room Alice: All rooms are fully equipped with soft and comfortable bedding, crisp linens, flat-screen televisions, and 24-hour room service. Each room is unique, so let us know what’s important to you when making your booking—we’re happy to accommodate your requests! 
3. The Suite (King Room): Tree Top is a “character suite“. The décor is fresh, clean, and relaxing. And, we keep it spotless! The suite has a private entrance from the front porch (pictured above.) It consists of three rooms connected by a short hallway – all yours, nothing shared. So you can relax and enjoy your time to the fullest. The main room is a bedroom/sitting room. It has a king-sized bed, bay windows, a TV/DVD and a comfortable leather sofa. The second room is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with everything you’ll need for making any meals.
4. Treetops Exteriors: The accommodation Off-Street Parking Hawthorn currently consists of a private, two-bedroom cottage and two one-bedroom flats in the main guesthouse.  IN CONSIDERATION OF ALL GUESTS CHILDREN ONLY ACCEPTED IN THE 2 BEDROOM COTTAGE. All accommodations have their own private external entrance, as well as a comfortable sitting room, full kitchen, and access to complimentary laundry facilities when permitted.   Guests are invited and encouraged to enjoy the landscaped grounds of Heather gate which abound with a near-riot of beautiful plants and flowers much of the year – an “English country garden” indeed! (The fact that Ned was an avid  beekeeper probably helps account for those thousands of colorful blooms that surround Heather gate.)

The Suite (King Room)

Single: $190 per night

Double: $220 per night.

Deposit :

One night’s tariff or 30% of the total for 5 nights or more.

50% of total tariff for special events and holidays.

Children by arrangement.

Cheque, all major credit cards, EFT

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit is not refundable.

Given 7 days' notice or more, the deposit can be transferred to another date.

If the guest is a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be deducted.
